Who This Applies To

These terms cover your use of JoyXchange's products and services, including the JoyXchange Buffer Engine (the print-production and file-bundling tool available at jxcpipeline.com) and any other tools, digital products, or services offered under the JoyXchange name.

What We Provide

JoyXchange provides software tools that help artists prepare, size, and package their own artwork for print and digital sale. You retain full ownership of any artwork you upload — we never claim rights to your work, and we don't use it for anything other than generating the files you asked for.

Your Account & Payment

Some features require a paid plan, billed either as a one-time purchase per bundle or as a recurring subscription, depending on which you choose. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; you'll retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Acceptable Use

Only upload artwork you own or have the rights to use.
Don't use the service to process content that's illegal, infringing, or harmful.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the underlying service.

No Warranty, Limited Liability

The service is provided as-is. While we take real care with quality (color accuracy, correct sizing, print-readiness), we can't guarantee a specific print shop or platform's results, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tool.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
